PG Diploma Course in Transmission & Distribution System

Central Board of Irrigation & Power, New Delhi has invited applications for admission to Post Graduate Diploma Course in Transmission & Distribution System of Year 2011.

Eligibility
For Non-sponsored candidates-Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks in various examinations from 10th onwards.
For Sponsored candidates, the qualification would be same but should have minimum one year experience.

Selection Criteria for Admission
Based on the percentage of Marks obtained in 10th , 12th & BE or equivalent examination. The weight-age would be given in the result of the three examinations in the ratio of 10%,20%,70% for 10th,12th & B.Tech/BE/ Equivalent Engineering degree respectively. Admission shall be subject to verification of documents.

Age Limit
Maximum 27 years for non-sponsored candidates as on 25.07.2011. No age limit for sponsored candidates.

How to Apply
Application as per the format
on plain paper along-with the demand draft of Rs. 300/- in favour of CBIP payable at New Delhi, should reach the Secretary, CBIP,  Malch Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021 with Two passport size photographs.
